Assess as Civilian or Player Roles into Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced Lobbies, or as a GM to create any lobby type. Take Assessment and join Beginner Lobbies as a Civilian.

Player & GM Roles

Who Can Join:. Any assessed Player can join open Lobbies, either: Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. Civilians must complete the Role Assessment first - there's no getting into a Lobby without it, but Beginner Lobbies can be joined with any score.

Who Can Create: Creating a Lobby requires a valid SORC box set code. An Assessed GM must be present in Lobby to launch a room. Admins and Owners can create without a code.

Lobbies vs. Rooms: Lobbies are recruiting hubs - with various recruiting, summoning, readying, and inspection tools. Private Campaign Rooms are launched from a Lobby by the GM, and include voice, dice, and full session tools.

Once you've joined SORC Web as a User, you're a Basic Member - Civilians get that status too, free digital rules, and downloadable content. Becoming a Pro Member requires a Box Set (in development) Code.

Members that have already Assessed may reassess as many times as they'd like, regardless of their results; however, their new score reflects the Users new Role. Lore Assessments don't change Role, but passing scores reward Community Points.
